You are meant to use this app in small groups while watching any episode of Jeopardy!
-
A single person from your group should volunteer to be the "game tracker." Multiple people are free to track,
of course, but the tracking is per-device, so you can't all see the scoreboard unless the game tracker
somehow shares their device display (mirrored to a separate display?).
-
As the contestant on the show says their chosen dollar value, the game tracker selects that amount,
exposing the list of players. The tracker will then select the name of the first person
in the group to answer correctly, thereby incrementing how many answers that player has gotten,
and how much those answers have been worth.
-
If the game you are watching takes place before 2001, the dollar values are halfed (first round $100, $200, etc).
You can chose the "Pre-2001" option to change the mode to reduce the values for each round.
-
There is no support for "Daily Double" questions; though, I have an idea for an all-or-nothing approach
that might be easy enough to implement.
-
There is no support for final Jeopardy! questions.
